Welcome to Wellness Society

As an Integrative Wellness Consultant, I offer coaching and programs that support

foundational wellness and promote life-enhancing transformations through a purposeful approach to lifestyle for busy moms.

I am extremely motivated to make a positive and lasting impact in the world by helping people create their version of wellness. This is why I became an accredited IIN Wellness Coach and a certified Life Purpose Coach. I believe that too many people settle for mediocrity {when they truly deserve greatness}. It is my honor to help you achieve your version of wellness, so that you can prosper and flourish in every area of your life!

On a more personal note, I am a plant-based mom of 4 {we are all plant-based}, I love cooking and my clean beauty routine. I am a tad bit obsessed with good wine, IPA's and John Mayer. I am a super geek when it comes to Quantum Physics, all things gut health {the microbiome} and world history! I cherish my reading, yoga and meditation time. Social Enterprise is my jam and have several business certifications that go along with that. Additionally, I founded a non-profit Diaper Bank that served our local community and areas impacted by hurricanes for 6 years out of our garage. I also developed a technology platform that will assist child care facilities in their daily operations and most importantly, prevent pediatric vehicular heatstroke.
