Don't throw those veggie scraps away! Use them to make your own veggie broth! It's easy and quick and saves you money! Win, Win.

Those veggies scraps are gold.
You can repurpose them and make your own veggie broth! I've been doing this for years and I love it!
Take your mushroom ends, onion scraps, broccoli, bell peppers, carrot ends, celery tips, tomato etc....literally ANY scraps and just throw it all in a pot of water, season it up, let it boil.
I usually make a huge pot, so I freeze part of it. If you don't have space, you can freeze the scraps until you are ready to make more!
I use a simple blend of seasonings in my broth so that it will compliment any meal that I make:
onion powder
dried onion
garlic powder
pink salt
fresh ground black pepper
Viola! Veggie broth!

Do you have any other ideas for how to use those veggie scraps?
