It might surprise you that the USDA recommends eating 3 cups of vegetables per day and what is even more surprising is that nine out of ten people don’t meet this requirement.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ As a 𝓅𝓁𝒶𝓃𝓉 𝒷𝒶𝓈𝑒𝒹 𝓂𝑜𝓂𝓂𝒶, I have been trying to manage and track my veggie intake to make sure that I am hitting my goals and also eating the rainbow. I aim for that recommended 3 cups of day {which is about 30g of fiber}. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I was 𝕋ℍℝ𝕀𝕃𝕃𝔼𝔻 to find out that Dr. Praeger’s offers a Veggie Tracker online! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

To get access to this amazing tool, all I had to do was sign up for the Free Dr. Praeger’s Veggie Tracker. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This tracker helps me keep track of my vegetables to make sure I eat at least 3 cups per day. Seriously, Dr. Praeger’s Veggie Tracker can help you become a veggie superstar! They provide the tools, tips and motivation to help you monitor and track veggie consumption, building good veggie-forward habits. ⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We all could use a little encouragement and this tool reminds me to keep going! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀ Plus it is fun for the kids to see how what we eat impacts them! It is a visual chart that allows them to input what they ate and then see what they have left to go for the day. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If you are new to adding veggies to your life, you'll be excited to know that it also comes with a free e-book with helpful tips to start making the change to a more veggie-filled life!
I have to say, this ebook is ridiculous. I love all of the information that they packed into this. It is a phenomenal resource for anyone new to the plant-based world. ⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Seriously, this ebook is 𝓪𝓫𝓼𝓸𝓵𝓾𝓽𝓮𝓵𝔂 𝓪𝓶𝓪𝔃𝓲𝓷𝓰! ⠀⠀
⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If you are new to incorporating more veggies in your life… You definitely want to try this. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Since I aim for 30 grams of fiber a day- this has been a huge help and motivation… My only complaint is that I wish it was an app on my phone! *Hint Hint, Dr. Praeger’s- mama needs you to make that happen.
Let me know if you try Dr. Praeger’s Veggie Tracker!
